Just wanted to point out the top notch service I received at Wolverine HD. Dave and the service department treated my bike with the care and attention that I believe they would give their own rides. I was treated as less a client and customer and more as a friend, a personal touch that tells me this is my dealer for the remainder of my assignment in Michigan (as an active military member who rarely stays in one location for more than three years, finding the right dealer usually takes time and trial and error). Wolverine HD got it right, right out of the gate. Thanks.

I would like to say a Big Thank You to Matt Wilcox, from my entry in the front doors all the way up to the purchase of my first road bike, 2014 Road King. Matt is a no pressure welcome to the family sales professional. Matt took me on a tour of Wolverine HD introducing me to all the department leads along the way. I have been a dirt bike/enduro rider my entire life and wanted to step up to a true road bike. Matt listened to my riding wishes, my concerns of being a 6' 6 tall rider and wanting to select a bike that fit me. Matt recommended the Road King. I looked at the entire HD line up and decided back with Matts recommendation. The final decision point was when Matt said Let's take one for a ride! I replied Matt this is no Dirt bike! I'm real nervous! He said relax.. Lets for do a few circles in the parking lot and if youre comfortable we will head out on the highway. Well the bike drove like a dream and fit me like a glove. When we got back from the ride that was it! That bike was sold! Loving the new bike and dreaming about all the upgrades Im goanna make. Was truly one of the best sales experiences I have ever had! I would like to say what a pleasure it was working with Chuck Bell. Were visiting the dealership that morning to buy a part for our Classic. We started talking with Chuck and asked him what you might give me as a trade in for the red trike. We had wanted to buy a Tri Glide, because of my medical problems, but we weren't sure we would quality. But after some time Chuck got me a deal for the trade on the my Classic and made everything work. I have already requimented Chuck to people. I believe that Chuck is a great salesman and will go far in anything that he puts his mind to. My wife and I love the Bike we have put 2000 miles on it already and we have gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful she is. We made our first trip to the Wolverine location on Saturday April 5th to just check out the store. I ride occasionally with my friends and have wanted to see the store for a long time. It just so happened to be a big day for the store...had a fundraiser going on and different raffles just inside the front door, big sales on merchandise and the most friendly staff offering help, tours and information regarding the store and products. My kids loved when the big horn sounded...for sale of a bike. We a bought raffle tickets and made a few other merchandise purchases....one being a coat for my boyfriend....which he loves. We Will be back soon....thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

In the past when I've shopped in motor clothes, I have not purchased one woman's shirt that has the Wolverine name on it. Reason being, the styles of the woman's clothes aren't very appealing. They mostly consist if high necked tees. I'm a woman and like low cut tops and tops that have style. I've been able to purchase tops like this from other dealerships around the country.

Dave is a very professional man that was more than patient with me and my numerous requests for info and updates on my ape install. My SERK was the first of the 2014 batch to get an ape install completed and there were some learning experiences along the way due to HDs new ABS fittings. Chris installed my 16 BR Customs bars on my 2014 SERK. I hear this model had some changes to the ABS system that Chris was able to overcome. The job was done and done right. Mario was an absolute gem to work with! He knew ideally I wanted the blue and white Softail Deluxe up at Gildner's HD but he could only offer me the one Wolverine had in stock which was black and white, that was in my price range. The color was the only thing that was holding me back from this purchase and he knew that and still he did not put any added pressure on me. Now that I have her home and have enjoyed a few rides already, I'm in love! LOL There's not a doubt that I would recommend Mario to anyone in the market! stopped at the dealership on my way to the Custom Bike Show at Gibralter. I was interested in some new Willie G. Skull mirrors and a custom seat with the Willie G Skull sewn into the leather. I have gone to several different dealers before coming to Wolverine. Buy far this is the best dealer I have been to. Everyone is very helpful and they do what they say they are going to do. I have bought 2 bikes from here and would not even consider going anywhere else. Sales staffs for bikes, parts, and clothing are always kind and happy to see you. Service is extremely good also they let you know up front when you will get your bike back. In my business that is very important. I have worked in the service industry all my life and they are great. Its good to see a group that takes pride in excellence.

Once they have you they automatically charge an hour for diagnosis. Hours estimates are high . 4 wires on two connectors was $276 in labor. Everything else about the dealer is good but when you feel like you are getting it you probably are. High service equals buy the next bike elsewhere.

I have never had a bad experience at Wolverine. It is a very nice store and I have always been treated pleasantly while there. I was looking at the 2013 fatboy lo and was even offered to take it for a test ride and I was quite shocked that they do not treat women riders any different then the men. Very nice. Although I chose not to take the fatboy for a ride (even though I really would have loved to) I was thinking of my finances and if I had rode it I would of bought it and I chose to just keep my sportster that I own outright. Always a pleasant experience at Wolverine.

George, What can I saw about Chuck that you dont already know? He is one heck of a sales guy, you should keep in around forever. He has been trying to get me to purchase a new bike from him for over a year now, so I thought I better do it so he will quit pestering me. I told him I would purchase a new bike in March of 2014, so he went ahead and ordered a new one for me in November 2013. After it came in he called me and told me he had a new 2014 Police bike in. This was only December, and then he sent me three text messages with photos attached. I am not sure I needed the photos while I was stuck in Chicago working that day, but it did get me to hurry home so I could go see it and sit on it. Well I dont want to say too much about Chuck for fear of his head getting too big to fit through the doors so I will move on the rest of your team. Parts, to Pat, New Tod? Or is that Old Tod, Not sure any more, to Whats her name on the end with the dull knifes, and the young kid on the left. They all know how to find anything I am looking for and make me feel like I am the only customer they have and they can take all day if I need them to. The Parts department is awesome and I always feel like I am coming home when I talk to any of them. O, let Brandi know I really do know what her name is. Thank you Parts Goddess and your team. Cant forget motor Close, I dont purchase too much from this department but I do stop and talk to them every time I am in there. It is always nice to know they are thinking of me, One time I walked in and was told that they purchased two sets of Billiards (Pool Balls) because they needed one for the store and thought that I needed one also, so you know I just had to get them for my Harley Room and my pool table. I recently purchased my first Harley Davidson in April from your store. I raced in the AMA from when I was the age of 4 all the way up until I graduated from grade school. I went off to college and I had to sell all my bikes for tuition cost and etc... For those who understand it was a dark moment in my life. I am now 21yrs old and work mon-sat in a job that pays me very well and on the weekends I have off I felt weak and defeated with nothing to do. I needed to be on 2 wheels again!! I was at a local gas station pumping gas before work and I heard a deep thundering noise that compressed my chest. And as I looked it was the most beautiful Harley Davidson I had ever laid eyes on. I had to have it! I had too! Who wouldn't!? I asked the guy where he picked it up and he told me WOLVERINE HD. He said he wouldnt go anywhere else.. First thing when I got home I jumped online and checked out the website, checked the inventory.. And there she was! I found my bike. I called right away and MARIO answered. Now something that was crossing my mind before I called was.. would these people except me? First time buying a real road bike.. Ive never tried on leather.. I dont have a beard or a tattoo.. I have broken bones and scars from racing.. Am I tough enough? But all those questions disappeared as MARIO answered all my questions and invited me in to pick up my new bike. I was shaking the whole way there and had my gut twisting and turning, something I had not felt in a long time. When I headed in the front door it was like the entire store had known I was coming, I asked for Mario and was pointed right over to my BRAND NEW HARLEY!! God it looked great!! I could not wait to get my hands on the grips and feel the soft denim paint. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake! They led me around the store and I picked out my gear and headed into the finance office to meet Ben. It was so cool to meet such a awesome staff of people who I could actually get along with and share the same interest. From start to finish they made me feeling like a winner. It has been almost a year since my purchase and I feel that I have another family to come visit when I am out riding with friends on the weekends. During my purchase experience I was able to speak with Brandi and Todd in Parts who worked with me on the accessories that I wanted to add. We went and spoke with Dave in service. We talked about timing of installation and future service on the bike, he assured me that my new motorcycle would be taken care of properly and if I had any questions or concerns they would do their best to get them answered. From there we went and talked to Dustin in Motor clothes. He talked to me about HD clothing and if I needed to order anything or even purchases online how easy it is. I bought my Dyna at Wolverine and was very satisfied with the service and parts department. I purchased a friend of mines Road King from Florida (who passed away) and Kevin took care of all the details from shipping to getting the bike ready for the 10,000 mile check up. Sold the Dyna with no hassles or problems. Todd took care of getting the parts needed for the first ride and helping me on anything I've ask from Harley. On May 6th 2013 I callled service and talked to Mr. Dave Nagy that my 07 Wide Glide rear sprocket bolts shear off over the weekend and I needed an appointment to bring it in. Mr. Nagy said I could bring it in but service was back logged roughly 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. I explained to Dave that I was going on vacation to Copper Habor in the U.P. of Michigan in 2 weeks and desperately needed my bike for this trip. Dave stated he could not promise me that it would be done, but he'll try to meet that date. Approximately in 9 days I received a phone call from Dave stating that I needed a rear sprocket and also needed a new rear hub, but the problem was that he called all over the country and he could not locate a rear hub for my Wide Glide. Dave offered another solution after looking at parts catalog stating that there are some good looking rear mag rims for my bike, and asked me to come to the dealership and see what my thoughts were. After reviewing my choices that Dave recommended, I ordered the rear and also the front to match. In short Dave called me that my bike was ready 6 days before the wife and I left for vacation. I believe Mr. Dave Nagy is a true professional and is a great asset to Wolverine Harley Davidson. By the way we had a great ride in the U.P. Mr. and Mrs. Stan Maluchnik

I gave the service department my phone number to call me when my bike was done two years ago. SInce then I get a lot of tlelemarketing calls from the dealer. I asked them to stop, they stop for a few months, then they start again. SOmeitmes its daily when they have sale I just left a nasty voicemail with the manager.

What a great experience. I traded a 2010 Electraglide for a ultra limited in June 2013. I had stopped at three other dealers on my way to michigan from Florida where we live. got a great trade in value for it and they switched some stuff from my old bike and out the door I went. Total time was about 3 hours!! Unfortunatly in July on my way back to wolverine for my 10,000 mile check in August got run off the road in GA. Continued in a rental car right to woverinehd and bought another limited with the same great experience. Thanks again!!

Just needed new tires and had been told that it could take a week to get it into service. Dave informed me of Quick service and my schedule and the Sturgis rally coming up took a bit of coordinating. He introduced me to his son who found one of my sealed wheel bearings had a slight drag in it. He replaced bearings while he took care of new tires and replaced rear brake pads. I was wonderingif that bearing should have been covered under warranty? Cost takes off a half star if I could.

Mark Meyers (friend of a friend) who took me to Jon Juronoc who basically did the deal with help from Chuck and Rob. Ben went out of his way to answer all my questions. Frank gave me lowdown on chapter activities( i did join).Tim vallier knows it all in service. Paul Blotske got me into the earliest class, and Dan Last IS all class when it comes to instructors. Alicia,Kkyleene, Catherine and all the girls know their stuff and were very patient ( I'm very anal) and helpful.Todd and Brandi(who's dad is a Vietnam vet like myself) in parts likewise. And Theresa always says hi when I walk in the door. The Softail Breakout I bought is the baddest bike on the road and Im' riding the heck out of it. Should've done this 30 years ago. Bought my bike a little over a year ago. Ben told me how valuable a warentee is on a used bike. I decided to buy it and boy am I glad I did. My voltage regulator broke and fried the electrical system on my bike. This is a part he used as an example and helped sell me on the service plan. Due to his solid advice I am only out fifty bucks and a week of down time for my bike. Huge thanks to Ben for his wisdom and continued support. He embodies the moto service after the sell. Well, as for Wolverine HD, there is nothing better than the customer service I and my gal get when walking in the door, calling or by email. If I need parts, Pat and her staff are right on it, I just call or email in what I need, they are put together and I can pick them up with no hassle. When it comes to clothes, my gal loves Carla and her staff, as a matter of fact recently she emailed Carla and wanted specific Scream'in Eagle design clothing, Carla had put shirts aside in her size, emailed her back and she came in tried them on, purchased, now she claims she has her own personal shopper at Wolverine. If I ever have a question of hp or torque, I know I can call Mark and get the answers I need. Lets face it, everyone is very busy now days that is just life in general, I know that your staff saves us time which we both seem to have little of working 12+ hours days. I was in your store to return parts with the intention to purchase a banjo bolt for a restoration project. I cannot remember the service gentmemens name but he went out of his way to find the part for my old 1975 sx 175. Jon, made it possible for me to get my H/D Slim sooner then I thought, I got exactly what I wanted. He took the time even when I told him I was just looking for now. Every obstacle I had Jon worked around it and made it possible, he does know the in's and out's in helping people get what they want. Thanks Jon. One more thing the service department is also very helpful, I wanted to add some things to the bike and they advise me what I could and could not do to keep the warranty valid and giving prices for what they would do if I wanted them done.

I have been into the service department several times. Mostly for maintenance or minor repairs. The service personnel are always pleasant and do what they say they will do. They give you the feeling that you are family and that you are very important. I deal in the service industry and while I always hate having to go in for service at least I know I will be well taken care of. Thanks Guys

I attended the Spring event to check things out. I was able to demo ride a road glide ultra and a new class. I liked the feel of them compared to my 10 yr old classic. I decided to ask just what I could get for my old bike. The sales team checked it out to determine my tradein value. Meanshile, Chuck Bell of sales took over and did a great job as he explained all the new improvements on the classics since 2009 and I decided it was time to move up. Little did I know I was riding it home! He was patient with me as we did all the necessary work of the transaction. Also many others in the dealership stayed way past closing to provide me all the information I needed ans so I could meet people in the different departments. Also found out I was sale #100 for the month !!

Part of my purchase of a used bike included some future paint work. 4 months after my purchase I called the service department to see about having ther work done. The service tech was very friendly and put me in touch with their transport guy. He worked off my schedule to pick up my bike and deliver it to the shop. The whole process was very quick and easy. For anyone who has relocated to a new town you can appreciate the diffficulty of finding a local dealer you can feel comfortable with getting parts, having service, or just helping to navigate the new landscape.. Owning an HD is as much about the experience as the bike, and having that local dealer is the cornerstone. When I moved to MI from OH I visited all of the Detroit area dealers and although all had the expected basics, Wolverine offered that additional welcoming and help settling into the new area. Wolverine is a great gathering and go-to place, which is part of the lifestyle, and seperates the HD experience from the rest of the motorcycle community. Thanks Wolverine!!

I live in Allen Park MI., won a 2012 Harley Sportster at Biker Bobs HD in Taylor MI. This was a wonderful experience, I thought all was normal, mostly apparently because the charity I won the bike from over paid so well for this bike. I am 6' 3 tall and 300 lbs, so after about 300 miles of late fall riding, I started looking for a better fitting bike. I was told at my dealer through the whole process that the bike would not lose much of the 11,200 dollar value if ridden only 200 to 300 miles. Then I could trade it in on something more fitting. I made an offer on a bike they had on site, and the salesman, and sales manager sat me down to crunch the numbers, and to my surprise they valued my machine extremely low. I called Wolverine and talked to Dan Eckert, over the phone he told me he could work with me, and here I am riding a 2008 Road King, and loving life, and the ride! The same day service I received was incredible, thanks to your dealer, and personnell.

My motorcycle is at Wolverine HD for winter storage. I visited Wolverine service to discuss the possibility of getting new wheels, rotors and tires for my 2009 Street Glide. Dave Nagy did a tremendous job of explaining all the options available and what the variable cost would be for each idividual option. After much discussion and looking at another bike at Wolverine that had the wheels I was interested in, I choose to purchase new chrome custom wheels, rotors and tires. Because I purchased my motorcycle from Wolverine HD, I recieved a discount on the entire purchase and I do not not have to pay for the new items until I pick my bike up in the spring. While it is a large purchase it was a very good experience and I thank Dave for the time he took with me to explain everything. Thanks again Wolverine HD for a great experience.

I believe it was the service manager himself that helped me when I came in for service last fall. I think he might of been a Boy Scout at one time or is a leader now. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, .....I felt he was doing his job above and beyond. He explained how my concerns would be fixed and when I could expect a call the my bike was ready. Then I received a phone call a day earlier than expected that my bike could be picked up. Everything I ask for was complete. I have to save my purchase experience was a great overall feeling. My salesman Chuck Bell delivered in every aspect that a salesperson should do, from the knowledge of the product lines to the ease of every transaction. Brandi in the parts department was also an incredible help, her knowledge and personality are top notch. Any dealings I have had with the parts department has been very good. I have had an occasion to deal with each of them. I come into your store 2-3 times each year to get something for my dad. My son (who is 5) loves to go with me and look around. Everyone is always so friendly with him, at Christmas the saleswoman who helped us even gave him a gift. (a soft/foam motorcycle-a little bigger than his hand) He was so surprised and excited. it's nice, and because of these friendly experiences, he waves to every motorcyclist he sees. it's cute-he gets so excited when he gets a wave or a peace sign back. :)

We contacted Alicia D. who took the time to take and email photos of other tops for me to choose a replacement from. I have had my old bike serviced at 3 other Harley dealers in the last 5 years for different things. Overall Wolverine has been the best. The service department tells it like it is. The one thing that always bothered me about most service departments is they tell you what you want to hear. I just want to know what is going on and when it will be ready. I live in Canada and even tho I have a Harley dealer within 5 miles of my town I always make the trip to Wolverine for all my Harley Needs! They are ALL great people and treat you right! Customer service is #1! On my recent vacation i purchased some parts at a Harley dealer in Tennessee. When I returned home one of the parts was wrong. I called Tennessee and got no help and they suggested i call my local dealer for help as it would be a hassle and costly for them to fix this problem. Being independent dealers I thought I would be screwed but I would make a call and see what advice Wolverine could give me to help out. I called Wolverine and right away no hesitation bring it in and we will help you make this right! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They go out of their way to take care of their customers. This is why I return time and time again to Wolverine!! I wrote this so others could benefit, First Canadian Harley Owners do not be afraid to cross the border to Wolverine HD it is WELL worth the ride and remember to go to a dealer that WANTS you as a customer and when on holidays check out the parts at the Harley Dealer but ride to WOLVERINE when you get back home and get treated the way a customer should get treated!! I think it was Jim that helped me. I was ordering service parts and ask Jim who I could talk to about a small oil leak on my HD engine. He asked me to discribe the problem which I did in detail. It seems he has a vast knowledge of HD engines and explained where the problem could be and how to resolve it. I was totally impressed with him taking the time to help me and when I come in for parts I always look to see if he's at the counter.

I do not live in the area around the shop. I manage to stop in about 3 or 4 times a year and sometimes I even make it down for a run. I have always been well received by the friendly staff members. I pudrchased a polaris ATV from Wolverine Harley 5 years ago. The sales person did an excellent job advising me on the type of ATV that would best meet my needs as I described them to him. I have been absolutely thrilled with the performance of my vehicle, its quality and my ability to do the work I indended to do with it. If I were to purchase a motorcycle I would purchase it from Wolverine Harley because I am confident they would listen to what I needed/wanted in a bike and work hard to provide me what I was looking for rather than what they wanted to move.

I brought in a battery that i suspected had a dead cell , the service manager charged the battery and did a battery load test confirming a dead cell battery. Next day i came back and manager told me the bad news on the battery and said we are having a sale on the Harley Davidson Brand batteries today i will save u some money and our batteries are charged and ready to go . Now i was happy new battery at a discounted price. One of the many times being treated good from your staff. The battery was load tested in front of me.

I bought my 2008 Electra Glide Classic just over 4 years ago - right before the Labor Day holiday weekend. While riding the bike over the weekend, I had a service issue related to a minor part and was uneasy riding the bike as your dealership was closed over the weekend. I called the next day you were open, and in 45 minutes your service guy made a house call to my place in Dearborn. And in 20 minutes, I was back on the road. I have told countless folks about this experience and have never forgotten it. BTW, I'm about ready for a 2012. I want exactly the same thing. Thanks

I have always been very pleased with the service quality at Wolverine and have been having my bike serviced there since 2005. The only complaint I might have, is the cost of the service. Many of the services (oil changes, installation of parts etc.) are less expensive at other Harley dealers but for the most part I do remain loyal to Wolverine.

Anytime I have been in the Wolverine Harley store, I had a good experience! Everyone is always helpful, they ask you if you need help but they do not badger you ever! They are kind and courteous. Love the store, but it's so expensive! that I rarely buy anything, once in a great while I will buy a t-shirt for someone as a gift but I cannot afford to buy anything for myself and I would love to but your to expensive.

I had purchased an accessory for my 2011 Softail Deluxe in the Fall but didn't try to install it until the Spring. The part didn't fit so I attempted to return it unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, even though it was almost six months later. Pat Cook was gracious enough to give me an in store credit. This is why I deal exclusively with Wolverine. This is just one example but all of your employees are equally as great and understanding. What draws me is the across the board posture and approach from parts to service. Selling the bike is just the beginning of the relationship. I have purchased three bikes from this dealer since 2003 and frequent enough other dealers to notice the difference in air quality when I walk in. The sservice is friendly by all who you interact with and they project a glad to be here; glad you're here attitude. Clothes and variety are on the small side when compared to other dealers in the metro area.

I would like to thank bob and pat for saving my vacation. I have a bad back and rely heavily on highwaypegs for comfort on long trips. On the way out of town early in the morning on a Sunday a highwaypeg fell apart on the road. Since I was near the dealer, I took a long shot and stopped in. They were not open for another 2 hrs, but I explained the situation, they let me In and let me buy a new set. thank you so much.

Unfortunately, I do not frequent the dealership very often [because I live a distance away]. I have been very impressed by the charity rides I have participated in, Wolverine HD sponsors events that are 100% first class! Great food, great swag (T-shirts, dog tags etc.) and great causes. Their HOG group is also outstanding and very active. They offer great communication and keep me informed on all upcomming events, and I am not even a member! The Wolverine HOG Chapter is very organized and professionally run - it truely ranks as one of the best HOG chapters in the nation.

Great Parts Dept counter service... My 19 yr old son visited the Wolverine Parts Dept to see if a few parts were still avail for our 1985 FLTC, including a speedometer, which we were not sure was really going to still be avail. They came through with the parts in a few short days, and in the process they treated my boy with respect like they would have for me, both on the order side and the pick-up side of the transaction. I never owned a bike before and so was a little intimidated about going to a Harley dealership for the first time. I actually went to Wolverine because it was close enough to the Macomb College motorcycle safety course for me to visit while on break from class. Im very glad I did, never felt the need to go anywhere else after that first visit. On a busy Saturday afternoon Chuck Bell took the time to take me around to all the various Types of bikes and help me determine which ones I LIKED and was comfortable on rather than which ones I thought I SHOULD get. I left that day excited about three different bikes that I hadnt even considered in many hours of internet surfing up to that point. I decided to purchase the Switchback and Chuck worked with me to make that happen. At delivery, Ben in Finance had everything in order and everything was as agreed upon in discussion with Chuck. No surprises, I hate surprises when it comes to money. Everyone, parts, service, merchandise, were a pleasure to deal with and have been in my visits since. Thanks Wolverine HD

Ben has been my to-to guy since he started at Wolverine. No matter what department he was in, he always helped me with my bike and parts. I purchased my Bike at Wolverine many years ago, when Ben was still in parts, because other Harley dealers didn't want to sell a woman a larger bike. Wolverine was wonderful and set me up with exactly what I wanted..no questions asked. Ben has always helped me find parts and upgrade things on my bike. I love their clothing department and Terri is always helpful. I drive a long way to go to Wolverine, passing other dealers on the way...but Wolverine is well worth the drive. Still loving my Heritage Softtail and the next bike will also be purchased at Wolverine.

I'm not sure on the last name (Dave at the service desk). My Limited was mis-fireing real bad after my 1000mi check up. Dave worked my bike in with as little impact to my riding as he could. Your shop guys worked with corprate and put their heads together to fix the issues. So far I can not find one negitive thing about Wolverine to say you need to improve. I called them on Monday and ask if they could have the Mechanic look at something else and they both said that it would not be a problem and they called me back a few hours later and told me that everything was done and everything looked great. My most recent visit was disappointing, since I was preparing for a UP trip and needed to replace the volume switch and wires while my bike was under extended warranty. Since Wolverine stated they had the part but could not service the bike before my trip, I purchased the switch with wire harness and was able to get an appointment with the old Detroit Harley in Centerline. The part I bought at Wolverine was clearly wrong and had to be returned. My other service contacts have been great though.

I have only bought a few items at the Wolverine store for my 05 Harley Ultra mostly because the bike came with everything I wanted on it and do to the quality it has never needed any major parts except for tires, oil and brakes. and that darn tour pac lens/light I broke accidentally The service I received was courteous and helpful and I never had to wait long at the counter.

Also, he is knowledgeable of HD parts which is extremely helpful when I am looking for a part. The whole parts department is tops in my opinion as well as service.

The seal on the top of my gas tank leaked and as a consequence ruined the clear-coat finish. My bike was off warranty but Mark went the extra mile and took up the matter up with Harley Davidson. They in turn covered the cost and Wolverine followed through with a fast and high quality repair. Service like that builds relationships and keep customers loyal. I'll be back but first, I have riding to do.

I recently had a starter replaced. Excellent service & time to complete the job. Even earlier than stated. Had a clutch replaced previously. Awesome service. I think it was Jim that helped me. I was ordering service parts and ask Jim who I could talk to about a small oil leak on my HD engine. He asked me to discribe the problem which I did in detail. It seems he has a vast knowledge of HD engines and explained where the problem could be and how to resolve it. I was totally impressed with him taking the time to help me and when I come in for parts I always look to see if he's at the counter.

I choose Wolverine for my service, largely because I bought my Road Glide there. Though dealer service tends to be noticably more expensive, dealers tend to be more willing to accept responsiblity for their work, especially wolverine. Dave in particular has always been helpful and friendly and I found his advice invaluable when I did my engine upgrade.

Its tough to get a service appt in the summer months without huge lead time. I doubt there is much that can be done due to volume, but it forces me to local service providers to get routine maintenance done on my bike when I need it done. It'd be nice if we all weren't so busy that we'd remember to make appts months in advance, but reality is that'll never happen. I'd never quit on this dealer tho....George is terrific. He always takes the time to chit chat no matter how busy he is!!!

Wolverine has the best Sales Staff I've ever dealt with. They are all experts on all HD models, can answer all your questions, willing to spend as much time with you as needed, advise and recommed the right model for you and your skill level, let you demo any bike, and never push or pressure you to buy. They make you feel very comfortable and that's why thery are so successful. The Service Department is the best. Compared to other dealers in the area, they do a more thorough job at regular maintenance intervals, fix things that other dealers can't even find the cause of (based on actual experience), and get your bike back to you when promised. I won't take my bike anywhere else.

What a GREAT TEAM @ Wolverine HD!!!!! From the day I got my 40th B-day present (Brand New 2005 Deluxe) the crew has been just fantastic! Scott at the parts desk is the greatest for all those add- ons and the service team has always gone Above & Beyound to take care of the annuals and some quick short term needs (even on the morning of a 15 day trip cross country to Montana). Bought a Used sportster two years ago for my son and the guy's took care of it as though it rolled off the floor. Can't forget the ladies on the floor that help you with all the gear--- always fun and great to talk to! Great Job George you have a customer for Life!

Whenever I walk in the door at Wolverine, I am always greeted with a smile. I have mostly only good things to say about the dealership and it's helpful employees. If anything could be improved upon I would say to stock more parts, especially during the winter months when people work on their bikes, and to carry larger sizes in women's clothing, since they all shrink A LOT. It's great to see George out and about on the floor talking to customers and I love all the things he does for the store, the customers and our chapter.

I have owned two H-D's and Wolverine has cared for them both. My FXSTC was shipped from Dallas when I bought it directly here for an upgrade to a 1690 plus cams etc. This year we did cylinder head work, new throttle body, heavy breather, oil cooler etc. The work was completed professionally and on time and my Dyno sheet confirms 100HP+ which was my goal. Mark Meyers has advised me on changes to the bike. His knowledge of H-D is invaluable. I am always making referrals to Wolverine because of my very positive experience(s). Thanks very much!

We love how he handles our bikes and he is VERY personable. 2. when Bill set up the service, he asked for a receipt of what was done - we never received it. 3. asked for the cruise on the Road King to be fixed, but it still does not work. Don't know why it's not fixed, and more importantly, don't know if we PAID for it to be fixed and it just did not get completed.

The only mistake I made was forgetting to mention a leak that had been temporarily corrected before I brought the bike in, and will need this corrected soon. While storing my 2009 FLHX Street Glide at Wolverine HD for the winter I had my front end chromed and several other pieces of chrome installed including an LED Skull horn. They also did the routine maintenance including oil change etc. As always the service and workmanship by the Wolverine Service Department was outstanding. All the new chrome looks great and the end of storage detailing was excellent. A big thank you to Dave the entire job was as you promised. Worst place to take your bike! Had bike for 3 weeks broke shit candidates get my bike dyno tunned and won't call back for hours! Recommend calling ray cs in lapper

We were given three different prices for what the bike would cost. Wasted a lot of time waiting for service, on multiple visits. Parts department messed up the order 3 times - the first time we were told their was only one option for saddle bags, even though there were more. The wrong seat was delivered with the bike. Four trips had to be made before we were given all of the correct parts. Front wheel was not secured correctly - luckily it did not come off during a ride and no one was hurt or killed due to their negligence.

Mario got me on my 1st Harley, and let me tell you I'm very happy with my purchase! He worked to get me a good deal on my bike and worked hard to get me a store credit to get my girl and I geared up for our first bike. Tina was so very helpful, she helped me get the right helmet and jacket for my Gf and I she gave us the grand tour and really made us feel at home. She was so friendly and really set the atmosphere there and made it so comfortable!!! I have already been back 4 times in 1 1/2 weeks and I live 40 mins away.The after the sale service is still great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't forget about Carla Carlson either she was very nice and made sure I was taken care of! Thanks for everything the wolverine Harley Davidson feels like home!

We visited your store in february to find a big sell going on. The excellent service we received from Denise meet both are needs. We always feel weclome in your store but she made our day. We left with each a leather coat,vest and a pair of chaps, a very helpful and pleasant employee.

I recently bought my first Harley from Wolverine a few weeks ago. Of course I need all the accessories and Marilynn was the one who helped pick out some of those things. She was very knowledgable and very friendly. She knew every product top to bottom. I walked out with a awesome Harley leather jacket, t-shirt, Latern and all the information I needed to purchase everything else. Great job Marilynn! I'll be back to get my helmet and gloves once I save up more money ha ha

I recently purchased my first Harley (2003 Heritage Softtail) from Jon Juronoc a few weeks ago! Jon went out of his way to make everything perfect. Anything I needed, any questions I had, Jon took care of everything! He made sure I was completely satisfied and I was. I went back a few days later for a owners manual and light bulb and he took care everything immediately-no questions asked! Jon has made buying a Harley from Wolverine a awesome experience-I can't to ride! Special thanks to Bobby James for his help in putting everything together for me, great job!

I recently bought my first harley and I could not be more happier that i chose wolverine. Everybody has been awesome making me feel like part of a big family. I would recomend this dealership to anybody and everybody interested in buying a motorcycle, as a matter of fact I already have my best friend came in and bought a road king classic, and he's feels like a little kid on christmas morning. We are both looking forward to a fun summer of riding with our new family.

My wife and I stopped in Wolverine HD just to shop. The last 2 years I have been wanting a new bike with a.b.s. but due to the cost I had been putting it off. Due to the fact that when I walked into the dealer my new Ultra Limited was on the show room floor. Ben and George treated my wife and I like family. I purchased the bike and took delivery the next week and when I was driving it home (temp 30 degrees) I was thinking I should of bought this bike years ago. Wolverine HD has a customer for life.
